Ideal for targeting the hips, glutes, legs, thighs, and calves, as well as complementing a wide range of Pilates exercises without the need for a reformer machine.

Simply clip your PowerTube to the metal ring of the ankle straps to get started. You can connect your ankle straps to one or multiple PowerTubes as you progress and feel the need for added challenge.
