Smith Machine Frame - The frame is constructed with commercial-grade steel with a tube size of 2.7 x 2 x 0.07 in (70 x 50x 2 mm).
Self-Balancing Barbell - Improve your form with a self-balancing barbell. It allows lifting heavier weights that are difficult with a free barbell while adding safety.
All-in-One Training Station - The single machine provides great flexibility for practicing a wide range of exercises, including kickbacks, inverted rows, back squats, split squats, bench press, cable curls, reverse triceps, and much more.
Multi Cable Pulley System - The multiple pulleys allow you to do complete body strength training with the freedom of motion.
Weight Storage Posts - The Smith Machines also have multiple weight storage posts to keep your weights organized, which eliminates the need to invest in separate weight storage racks.
